We have had the chance of training Woosong University studends in vacuum packing and sous-vide cooking techniques.
These last two weeks, a group of 15 students from Woosong University, College of Hotel and Culinary Arts have visited Basque Culinary Center. In this occasion, they have been trained in contemporary culinay techniques.
Sammic is sponsor of Basque Culinary Center. As part of this sponsorship, we are the official trainer in vacuum packing and sous-vide cooking in this University. Thus, we have had the opportunity to give this group a masterclass on vacuum and low temperature cooking techniques. This course has been part of the training programmed for this student group. Ths masterclass has been given by our corporate chef Enrique Flelischmann. The attendants have shown great interest in it.
