Egg bites (egg and cheese jars)


  • 6 eggs
  • 300g cream cheese
  • 50g natural yoghurt
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Turkey breast
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Chives


First, beat the eggs with the cheese, yoghurt, salt and pepper until well blended.

Pour the mixture into the jars until they are almost full. Cook at 85 °C for 25 minutes. Chill and serve with the turkey, cherry tomatoes and chives.
