I live in an area where most products are bought frozen. How does that influence cooking times?
This was the response of our chef Enrique Fleischmann.
The fact that some items are bought frozen should not influence the quality of the final result. One option is to allow the food to defrost in the refrigerator and then cook it. Another would be to place the frozen products in the water tank and let them cook until they are ready.
