- 1 chicken breast
- 30 g of German-style pickled cucumber
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tomato
- 200 g of mayonnaise
- 30 g of dijon mustard
- 10 g of chopped chives
- 10 g of chopped parsley
- 1 piece of bread to make the snack
To prepare this chicken salad sandwich recipe, we start by salt and peppering the breast and packing it with a little oil.
We cook the breast in the sous-vide cooker for 1 hour at 65 ºC.
After the indicated time, we cool the breast and, once cold, chop it into half-centimetre pieces.
We add all the diced ingredients to make the chicken salad and mix them.
On the other hand, we toast the bread and add a good amount of chicken salad.
Finally, we added some tomato slices and lettuce leaves to the sandwich.
