  • 2 oranges
  • 1 pink grapefruit
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Long pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 3 orange skins strips


Start by preparing the ingredients that are going to be used to infuse the cider: squeeze the juice from the citrus fruits and grate the nutmeg.

Place all of the ingredients into a bag along with the cider and let it infuse in the SmartVide for one hour at 60ºC (149ºF). Drain it and it is ready to serve.

It is ready to serve straight away as a hot drink, as would happen traditionally in Anglo-Saxon countries, or is can be chilled and served as a normal cider.
