• 250 ml Campari
  • 250 ml gin
  • Peel of one orange
  • 1 tonka bean
  • Long pepper
  • 1 vanilla pod


Start by preparing all the infusing ingredients: peel the orange and remove the seeds from the vanilla pod.

Once ready, place them in a vacuum bag with the Campari and let it infuse in the SmartVide for 1 hour at 65ºC (149º). After this time, let it chill and mix it with the gin.

To serve the cocktail, place the mixture in a wide-brimmed glass with ice and serve decorated with orange peel.

Thanks to the SmartVide cooking, all of the aromatic nuances and flavours are extracted and this makes for a more powerfully-flavoured cocktail, even adding subtle layers of flavour.
