Cod salad by Enrique Fleischman
- 100 gr of codfish
- 1 garlic bulb
- Lettuce leaves
- 5 ripe avocados
- 1 spring onion
- 2 lemons
- 5 coriander leaves
- Salt and pepper
For the guacamole, grind the avocados and the coriander leaves with salt and pepper, add the lemon juice and mix well.
For codfish, introduce it in the vacuum bag, add the oil and seal it with a vacuum of 99%, then, cook it in the SmartVide for 10 minutes at 65ºC.
Serve the cod on a plate with guacamole and lettuce leaves.
